AnishopLB Shipping & Delivery Policy

At AnishopLB, we understand that your collection deserves the best care. We take pride in delivering your favorite anime figures and Funko Pops across Lebanon quickly and securely.

1. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to get your order to your doorstep as fast as possible:

• Beirut & Suburbs: 1–3 Business Days.

• Outside Beirut (All Lebanon): 2–5 Business Days.

• Express Delivery: Need it sooner? We offer Same-Day/Next-Day Express Delivery within Beirut. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or Phone to arrange this before placing your order.

2. Shipping Rates

• Standard Delivery: A flat rate of $5 applies to all orders across Lebanon.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders of $79 or more! > Tip: Keep an eye on our Free Shipping Bar at the top of the site to see how close you are to qualifying.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.

• Currency: Payments are accepted in USD or in Lebanese Pounds (LBP).

• Exchange Rate: If paying in LBP, the total will be calculated based on the market exchange rate on the day of delivery.

4. Collector-Grade Packaging

We know the box is just as important as the figure.

• Funko Pops: Every Funko Pop shipped from AnishopLB comes with a complimentary Pop Protector case to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

• Quality Check: Every item is hand-inspected by our team before being packed to ensure it meets our quality standards. While we do not officially guarantee "Mint Condition" (as outer box wear can occur during international transit to Lebanon), we ensure every order is well-secured for local transit.

5. Inspection & Damages

To maintain the integrity of our collectibles, we do not offer "Check at the Door" services. Our drivers are not authorized to open sealed products.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives with significant damage, please contact us on the same day you receive the order. We will review your case immediately to sort out a replacement or solution.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is picked up by our courier, you may receive a notification. Ensure your provided phone number is active so the driver can reach you for a smooth drop-off.

Refusal of Delivery & Order Integrity

At AnishopLB, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our collectors. When you place an order, our team and courier partners dedicate time and resources to get your items to you safely.

• Commitment to Purchase: By placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you enter into a binding agreement to receive and pay for the items. Refusal to receive an order upon arrival without a valid, pre-approved reason (such as visible damage) is strictly prohibited.

• Impact of Refusal: Every refused delivery results in significant shipping and handling losses for our shop.

• Blacklist Policy: Customers who refuse an order at the door will be permanently blacklisted from using our Cash on Delivery service. Any future orders from blacklisted accounts will require full advance payment via OMT or Wish Money before processing.

• Verification: We reserve the right to flag and cancel orders from users with a history of frequent cancellations or delivery refusals.
